Digital product policy
Spark Premium is a digital product. Access is granted immediately upon payment. Because the content is available instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been used.
Refund eligibility

| 1 Month | Within 24 hours of purchase, if premium content was not accessed |
| 1 Year | Within 48 hours of purchase, if premium content was not accessed |
| Lifetime | Within 48 hours of purchase, if premium content was not accessed |
Technical issues
If you were charged but did not receive access due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the plan. Contact us with your payment ID and we will resolve it within 2 business days.
How to request a refund
Email us at twofoldapps@gmail.com with:
- Your Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation)
- The plan you purchased
- Reason for the refund request
Approved refunds are processed within 5β7 business days to your original payment method.
