Digital product policy

Spark Premium is a digital product. Access is granted immediately upon payment. Because the content is available instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been used.

Technical issues

If you were charged but did not receive access due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the plan. Contact us with your payment ID and we will resolve it within 2 business days.

How to request a refund

Email us at twofoldapps@gmail.com with:

  • Your Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation)
  • The plan you purchased
  • Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
